Challenge

To improve the creative standard of the clientÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s communication in Patna and Delhi. We had to create a brand identity for the entire group: Advantage Media Consultant, Advantage Services, Advantage Media Academy, Advantage Management Academy & the CSR division - Advantage Support. And we were to operate remotely from Bangalore on a daily basis by the use of technology.
Solution

We created a positioning statement for the group ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã‹Å“advantage always on your sideÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢, which simply stated what they are in the people business. We also wanted to make sure that this positioning would hold true no matter how many new companies were to be launched in the future. We developed a complete online and offline solution for the groupÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s communication. We created individual brand identities for the group companies. As a result, they achieved 98% growth in billing with our association in the first year of operation itself. Today, more than just managing their creative requirement, we also play a role in the groupÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s business decisions.
