The representatives should be ideally from technical background with an on-hand experience in precision component manufacturing industry. On-hand experience in Metal Injection Molding ( MIM ), Investment casting & machining technologies will be an added advantage. The representatives must be proficient in speaking respective languages fluently with the local customer & willing to travel frequently. We also expect these representative to have good knowledge of English so as to have smooth interaction with the manufacturing plant in India. We are seeking qualified Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineers with a minimum of 10 years experience in a precision manufacturing industry geared towards high volume production technologies. You must be a self-starter, driven to succeed, be results oriented and should have proven track record. You must be well versed in a variety of disciplines in precision manufacturing and be capable of leading a team in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment.

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers with a minimum of 5 years experience in product development for the automotive or similar high volume, high precision industries. You would be responsible to develop MIM products from inception to a finished product including process planning, documentation and production optimization and monitoring to produce a high quality product. You should be capable of independently interacting with the various functional disciplines in our organization as well as effectively communicating with our global customers.

We are seeking Mechanical Engineers with a minimum of 10 years experience in the Quality Engineering discipline having in depth knowledge of the TS:16949 quality system and AIAG standards. Your knowledge should include: development and operation of quality control systems, application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures, the ability to use metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices, an understanding of human factors and motivation, quality cost concepts and techniques, and the knowledge and ability to develop and administer management information systems and to audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
